Electric grease filling pump GTP
For pumping lubricants from separate grease containers. The electric grease filling pump GTP (Grease Transfer Pump) is a gear ring pump for grease containers of 25 kg/30 l. Pump frames for grease container sizes from 50 to 200 kg are available on request.
After switching on the main switch on the terminal box of the pump, it is ready for use. The functional status is displayed via 2 LEDs. Green indicates the power supply and yellow indicates that the pump is ready for use. The pump pumps as long as the button on the cable remote control is held down.
The grease is sucked into the container under the follower plate and pumped using a gear ring pump. When the follower plate reaches the bottom of the container, an empty signal switch (optional) is activated, which switches the pump off automatically. Opening the vent makes it easier to replace the empty grease container.
Hose lines in different lengths with the corresponding couplings are available for connection to the pump container to be filled.
